Just fast food and clean place customer service awesome
Placed a mobile order and went to pick it up. Sat at the drive thru speaker for 10mins. No response. Decided to drive to the window to see if I can talk to anyone. Made eye contact with 3 people in there. Waited another 10mins just for someone to finally acknowledge me and come to the window just to tell me they are closed. If someone would've just told me that through the speaker, I would've saved myself 19 mins...
Not sure why this is okay , I’m sure nobody wants to do it but as a customer I can only imagine what else isn’t being cleaned.
