Don’t use your app here unless you want to overcharged! Ordered a grinch meal and used points for a happy meal for my child. I get to the speaker and they don’t have the socks. Okay cool, so I asked if I was going to be credited and not charged for the whole meal? They said only thing they could do is cancel my order. Okay, and what happens to my points? This is the rudest, mcdonald's we have in Huntsville. Literally, you can stand at the counter and they will look you in your face and still won't even acknowledge that you're there to spend money at the business. Won't even say wait a minute, sir, Ma'am, just a second, I'll be with you.Nothing just leave you standing there.But they're over there having a whole conversation.Laughing and giggling. EVERYBODY SHOULD BE FIRED HERE PERIOD.
Younger guy working the front was friendly and did his job! However, the overall restaurant is terrible. Drink machine never has flavor, old tea, food is usually... meh. Really not trying to be rude or anything, but this location just sucks. I wont be back.
