Place was full of flies
Used to be our go to place sad that new staff members weren't as good at providing good customer experience. They did not get order correct and was told it was customers' mistake. They kept saying they were busy and can't help with something customer was willing to pay for. Staff were communicating with other staff but not willing to help customers.
They did not give me what I paid for and ordered. I was frustrated they did not include my large fries. I was home and did not feel to come out and complain. Watch your order before leaving the drive thru.
Very bad customer service. Even I ordered first they ignored me and started taking another person’s order. They prioritised Mexican customers first. Very rude and racist.
