The woman behind the counter was consistently muttering under her breath but loud enough for everyone to hear very rude comments. One of them being “if you don’t like it go somewhere else” when she notified me they don’t have ice for my Carmel macchiato, to which I said that is completely okay. To give context; it was obvious they were understaffed. It was also obvious the previous shift clearly did not do prep work. Imagine the worst fast food experience you’ve ever had then double it. Quite literally like satire how busted and tattered the staff and facility are.
