This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a McDonald’s. I stood at the front counter for about 10 minutes waiting for someone to take my order while employees walked by without acknowledging me. I couldn’t use the kiosk because it doesn’t allow me to customize my order the way I need to due to food allergies, so ordering at the counter was my only option.
