I’m extremely disappointed with this McDonald’s. I waited over an hour in the drive-thru before I finally gave up and went inside to ask for a refund. Instead of helping, a manager told me it would take 1–2 days to show up and seemed completely unwilling to cooperate or take responsibility. The service was honestly terrible. You’d think after remodeling the place, they’d have improved things, but it’s just as bad if not worse. This kind of experience is unacceptable.
