I do mobile app and there is always something missing from order but I must say when I go back they do gove me what is missing. It's always hot in the building.
This McDonalds is the epitome of what a McDonalds is supposed to be. Friendly staff, we were asked by two different employees if we needed refills. Food was brought to us. This is how it’s supposed to be. They make you feel you want to be here. And that you made the right decision to come here
I used the app to order breakfast They never made the order then we got there to pick it up they said breakfast was over and could not give me my order The order was placed well before breakfast was over with
What the heck.... if youre not a people person dont work customer service.... also im pretty sure everything is engineered to make putting a cheese burger effortless. Rotten lettuce on my sons mc chicken. Excessive amount of mayo when it clearly states mac sause. Also stale hard fries mixed with fresh ones. As if waiting 20 min for some mc chickens and double cheese burgers wasn't enough.
Fast, fresh, and friendly. I was really impressed!!
