The staff really do what they want I’m literally sitting in line at 915 pm till 945 and still have no one answering the drive thru the closed to do shift change for 39 min meanwhile the line getting longer and customers are leaving I left a complaint at the better business this has to stop imma force them to get this shit together watch people getting fired after tonight

This is the first time I have had to throw my food away. The sandwich tasted like something went bad on it. I took 2 bites and spit the second one out. Absolutely foul. At least the fries were fresh, but seriously something was wrong with that food.
Made an order at drive thru after being asked to wait a minute. Waited 20 minutes, ordered my food, got to the window the person had an attitude with me immediately, than handed me a chocolate shake that looks like it's been sitting around for a while. I asked if that was it and he snidely remaked you took the bag didn't you? I just wanted my food, made correctly, I could have cared less about the attitude, but my food wasn't even made correctly.
