Only one other group of customers in the restaurant. Not one single table was clean, no napkins, fries were hard, didn’t even bring the food out to us when they gave us a number to be delivered to the table, didn’t give us the milk that came with the happy meal.Employees were not friendly.
I usually dont write reviews but this visit was rough. Service was not welcoming at all. Floor was way to dirty and greasy -unclean tables and fries all over the floor, even the mens restroom sink wasnt working or was glitchy. Music was way too loud making it hard to conversate or order. On top of that I noticed my burger patty was pink in the middle whitch was super uncomfortable. I get its a fast food place, but even then some basic standards should be met. Really dissapointing visit and I hope they get it together.
Both the woman who took my order and the man who gave me my order were wonderfully polite and friendly. However, the food was subpar and somewhat cold. The good news is that my 6 year old approved the number of pickles she received with her “extra pickles” request.
