Be nice instead of when they don’t have something they would tell you and just not remove it. Also rude employees when you bring up an issue. Maybe one day they’ll get an order right. Also we had sauce all splattered in our bag with our food. You’d think for being in a nicer area they’d have better service.
Slowest workers on the planet, waited 20 minutes for my order after ordering online ahead of time. Don’t ever come here if you’re in a hurry.
Food is usually alright but the waits are extremely inconsistent. Pulled up with no cars at either speaker and then was confused when the other speaker let three cars that showed up after us through before helping us. My friend was handed his order but my mobile order apparently wasn’t ready. Was rudely told to pull up beyond the window as they finished my order, just to wait 10 minutes before going inside to find out that hadn’t even started it. Left with nothing as I was already late from returning from my lunch break.
