I placed order through DT & she was shrude
Horrible service doordash was told no order was placed even though I had the order number and they said their system was down for 30 minutes and couldn't do anything and that was a man that responded then a lady got on the intercom and said the order for doordash was and dinner order and they don't have dinner ready I read the order number to the lady and said it was breakfast and she said well the system's down and they can't do anything horrible customer service waste of travel time the store needs to work on some etiquett... read more
Meh. Maybe they were having an off day? The entire order lifecycle was disorganzied and frustrating. No sauces, napkins with order either.
