The employees at this specific location are extremely rude and disrespectful. Tried to speak with the manager over the phone due to an order issue and the employee refused to let me speak with the manager as well as used hateful words over the phone and hung up on me several times. Refused to give her name or her managers name. Just so unprofessional and a hateful employee. No person should have to experience that when all I was trying to do was to talk to the manager about my order.
Making me wait soooo long for pickup i put in 20 mins before getting there
just do the morning sausage and egg Mc- muffin thru the drive in usually unless they are swamped --
