No reason for it to be a 10-20 minute wait for the drive through with no people in drive thru I’ve come here on Saturdays during a lunch rushes and never wait this long what are we doing?
Very rude customer service
Stopped here on the way from Green Bay to Madison, later in the evening about 7 pm. There was only 1 kiosk working and no staff at the counter. Several people in line waiting to order. Staff told us we couldn't eat inside because they closed it. Food took a long while to come out and fries were soggy.
