Ordered ahead of time on mobile app. Just got a burger and a med fry. Waited in the store for over 20 mins and nobody acknowledged I was there. As I'm typing this I'm still waiting for my order as the cars in drive thru continue to move smoothly.
I always ask for no cheese and get it every time Luv the food when it is hot.
The only reason I give it a 4 is because they messed up my sandwich and then forgot an item. However, they made up for it very fast and I would definitely go again.
So I went through the drive thru to use some points...I asked the kids if he could get me 2 5's...he said he couldn't but the manager was standing behind him...he said she wants 5's for her 10 but we're not a bank...the manager gave me 2 5's...with that kind of class A customer service maybe he should stick to making frappe's
