Tonight, 7/18/25 horrible wait time. The young employees are confused and can't keep up with drive thru. The manager on duty is not running the drive Thru and cook line efficiently. I waited almost 30 mins for my food. They forgot some of my order and then had to wait another 10mins without being compensated. Awful! Very disappointed.
Food took to long waited for an hour the staff fools around too often.
Manger was watching cartoons on iPad while the rest of the crew was struggling to get orders out. Really unprofessional
RIDICULOUS wait-times; both times I've been here this week, I've waited over 20 minutes for a HAPPY MEAL - nothing more. You are literally ignored when you're standing there waiting for your order. The entire store is FILTHY. There's no sense of order or cleanliness maintained here whatsoever. Both myself and other people (each visit) have been ignored to the point of frustration and when addressed, are made to feel like WE are really the problem. Absolutely and utterly RIDICULOUS.
Always always always being told to pull around to wait for ten plus minutes, and then have multiple people come out to ask me if someone else's order is mine before waiting even longer. They have no clue how to do their job.
