This McDonalds has to be the single most poorly managed McDonalds in the entire company. I mean it truly blows my mind how they find every excuse to not make food for people and still stay open. Every other week in the evening there is a sign up giving some bs reason why theyre “temporarily” closed for the night. Rude workers that dont pay attention. Ordered multiple items and all were wrong. I made a trip back and manager objected my claim until I showed her pics.
I have a recent bad experience with this location. On 9/10 I placed an order and was missing an item. Once I realized the item was missing when I reached home, I reached out via the app. The number is disconnected now. I have submitted several tickets where the restaurant was to reach out to me. I just wanted a refund. To date, I have received no response. Corporate isn't any help either. The customer service I received for both has been horrible. Please make sure to double check your items before pulling off here.
Edgewood McDonald's... It's getting a lot better still takes forever but the employees are definitely trying.
