Very frustrating experience. Food was wrong and burnt. I didn't know you can burn microwave items.
If my pleases and thank yous are immediately met with attitude, I’m leaving, and that’s exactly what I did. I don’t know who was working drive though, but I think they need a hug.

This has got to be the worst McDonald's. In Hagerstown, and I thought the one on weasel boulevard was this one has it beat food was cold. Employees were rude. One employee had loud music playing from her phone in her pocket and was more worried about the manager sitting at the table, eating his food. Then she was serving the customers. If you want a decent McDonald's, go to the room on Sharpsburg Pike, they never disappoint. That's the best one in Hagerstown, always clean, always polite.
