If you have an error with an online order, the phone number they provide does not answer at all. It’s Sunset immediately to a out of order phone number (rings once then says this number is not available). Terrible business practices.

Had a DoorDash order to pick up. Went in on time and waited patiently. NO ONE comes to see what you need. The girls are arguing with each other in creole saying they don’t want to make peoples orders even when they are waiting 20 or more minutes. They refuse to work and talk crap in creole bc they think no one understands them. Horrible customer service. WILL NOT BE GOING BACK .
Waited in a long line at the drive through for 20 minutes. Then finally got to the window and cashier told me my total was $9 for a happy meal. I questioned it and she had me repeat my order. I told her I ordered a cheeseburger happy meal. She looked confused and walked away. Then comes back questioning if I placed my order at the window and asks me if someone took my order.
