They cater more to drive thru, no customer service what so ever you spend and waste about 20 min waiting for a front end cashier , they dont greet they are rude, customer service is out the window. You ask a question to the kitchen crew about 3 or more of them back there and they look at each other and pretend they didn't hear what you said. They got to realize that without customers there is no business and if no business no money and if no money , no paycheck They need customer service for front end register!!!

It's a factory... they pump you in and out. The place is always busy and it's just so mechanical. And that's what's expected. What's not expected though, is for the staff to completely ignore the order line...like the the actual person to person order line. Yes, it's expected that they push you to the kiosk, but Ive been in this place a lot and there's just no one even watching the "normal" line.

consistently hot generous portions (fries, breakfast burritos) and friendly fast service. always provides napkins and needed utensils without asking. must be good management hiring quality people and then treating them right (my guess)

Rude manager! A latino looking bearded person. I approached the counter to ask a question after we finished eating. There is one person by the register who is assisting a another customer and I happen to see this manager from the floor going to the back so I said excuse me and before I could even begin with my question he just pointed me to the pick up counter and walked away. He didn’t even know what I was going to ask! Acted like dont ask me a question.
