A literal BUG in my fries
how does Washington DC have cheaper prices than you?
Customer service very poor, the employees and managers don’t care that old food is served to paying customers. I had to act out of character just because they had an attitude with me for returning old food and not wanting to get out of the drive-thru line. I was inconvenienced so I inconvenienced them. McDonalds makes too much money for this kind of experience, whether is franchised or corporate.
They do not serve salad and forgot to put the Felet-O-Fish I ordered in the bag. When I returned to the counter to inform the cashier, I was told I did not order one. Good thing I had my receipt in hand as proof. I was given my missing item and proceeded with my day. #CheckYourReceipt #KeepYourReceipt
