I didn't know how to order using the screen. I am in a wheelchair and I was having a hard time ordering. I asked for help and they ignored me. Thank goodness I was just traveling through cause I would never go there again.
I ordered a double bacon quarter pounder from my mobile order. I had to call and report that they made it a quarter pounder making it so I was over charged at that point. But then I started eating it and the thing was RAW. I tried calling and the phone just kept ringing. ZERO customer service. The least they could do is answer the phone.
