Terrible
Food was awful. Old, cold and sloppy. It was late night but a 24 hour facility should have 24 hour customer service.. ordered on the app, waited about 8 minutes at the speaker, ended up knocking on the window to get the chick's attention and she was so rude I wish I could have jumped thru the window. Typically, this one is not bad but it must just be during the day. AWFUL overnight staff
I know no one will care about my comment, but today I went and ordered two Double Quarter Pounders and the World Cup meal. I had to go back because they hadn't given me the drink. The cashier—who was incredibly rude—snapped at me, insisting the drink was right there. I got angry and swore at her, telling her to make sure the drink was actually there. She finally gave me the drink, but I had paid for something she hadn't handed over in the first place. That woman is trash, and the cashiers provide terrible service.
They have the worst employees I’ve ever seen & the late night managers are even worse : this place should be shut down for real .
