Manager closed the lobby 30 minutes early. Someone ran and locked the door as I pulled in to dine. Door says the hours are until 10pm. They closed the door at 9:29 on September 2nd 2025.
Well it looked nice.... but almost 7am and all they had were drinks and hasbrowns.... not quite the McDonald's breakfast I was looking for.... and no reason given, no sorry for the inconvenience just.... that's all we have. Glad there is another one on my route.
One of the worse costumer services I have ever received. It’s not hard to say good morning, afternoon or night. It’s also not hard to answer to the thank you very much with a smile. Yall suck.
Came here at 630 am today. Lights on doors open. Nobody there to help me.
