This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Walked in used the machine to place my order because there were other people standing around. Machine wasn’t taking payments which meant I had to pay at the register. When it was my turn to go up and pay I was greeted by someone who appeared to have been apart of management with a hand gesture to come forward. If you open 24 hours, how can you how can you be closed now? Doesn’t make no sense to me. This McDonald’s is full of it.
I took a long time for me to get my sandwich. This particular McDonalds was understaffed.
