Horrible Management, especially a GM named TADA. As usual items missing from drive through, so drove back to McD’s, and ask TADA, Nasty Woman, for my missing $6.00 burger, TADA, says No, I should have called first because that’s protocol. I go to this McDonald's quite often because it is very near to my house, but there is not one time that I've gone here that there wasn't something wrong with my order. It has gotten to the point that, if I go to the drive-thru, I will sit at the window and open every single item to make sure that it is right!! I've tried talking to the managers and gotten the same response as Donna21...there's nothing they can do except fix my order. It sucks tremendously!!!
