Shania at the Huntington Mall (WV) location is friendly, professional, and a real jewel in McDonald's crown. She should be promoted to a position wherein she trains other staff to treat customers as well as she treats them. :-)
Not great some food missing service was below average was not told item I ordered was out
13 minute wait for a warm smoothie and ice cold sandwich. Store was NOT remotely busy. 1 family dine in. 1 employee on lunch, literally 26 minutes for my foreman to get a ice coffee in the wrong size and a large fry. I dont belive its unrealistic to assume I can walk into an empty mcdonalds when im ON THE CLOCK at work, with a 30 MINUTE PERIOD and get fast food and be back from lunch on time
