I love this McDonalds and everyone is wonderful! Christopher is the real MVP! His customer service skills are very professional and super patient taking orders through the drive thru with such kindness and grace! Thank you for making my McDonald’s experience a great one, he came to deliver my bag to the car outside with such professionalism! Kindness is not common in other McDonald locations……
I came to this location as a paying customer and left feeling unsafe. After being asked to leave, I complied and walked out. The manager then followed me outside holding a metal rod. Proceed to hit me with the rod - trying to Insert dominance. That is not customer service. That is intimidation. But.. she FAFO!!! No customer should ever experience this type of behavior from management. I reached out to corporate and they’re investigating the situation!
