The owner(s), managers, and staff takes customers for granted. Convenience is the ONLY reason I visited this location, but no more! Eventually you'll realize how important customers are!
I picked up an order last night and an item was missing. I stopped at the store today and explained what happened and the manager Alexander immediately made things right. Great customer service!
My son had a seizure episode in the car... I pulled into this McDonald's for a cup of ice; nonetheless, the manager and employee [boy/not sure girl] failed to accommodate me [being argumentative]! Inconsiderate individuals!!!
The worst customer service ever. They should close this place down. If you have a choice. Never go to this dump. The employees are completely lost. . Close this dump down.
