Love the employees I always meet when I come. Bella is awesome never fire her and drive thru is usually always positive and asks how im doing!
I recently stopped by after work and ordered a Big Mac—something simple—but the fries were cold and stale. I asked the employee for a fresh batch of fries; they rudely grabbed the package, took it to the back, and sarcastically mentioned to a coworker that I wanted fresh fries, acting as if they were mocking me.
