I was disappointed with my recent visit. The place felt empty and unattended—there was no one at the counter, and when I needed assistance with the self-service machine, no one was available to help. The tables were dirty, and the employees didn’t seem approachable or welcoming. Overall, the customer service experience was lacking, and I hope improvements are made.
