Out of all the local McDonalds. This one is the worse. I don’t expect “decent” service. I don’t expect “good” food. It’s McDonalds. I expect to go in, uneventful pickup and eat my McDonald’s food, which should be consistent since it’s a franchise. Pickup, it was “ok” no one else in the lobby, the manager Hispanic lady just standing there chatting it up laughing, made eye contact a bunch of time, but can’t even hand me my food, while her minions just running around. I ordered my breakfast through the app at 10:17 I got the the store at 10:30. When I got up to the window the woman said she cancelled my order even though it was ordered on time. Then won’t even be refunded for 2 day?!? Wasted my time and gas. Terrible service.
Dirty, smelly, no refills. Won't come back
