Lamentablemente tengo que decir que el personal muy distraído entre ellos cuando el cliente va por un pedido no hay nadie en el frente solo ruidos y vacilones entre el personal y la espera es eterna para un pedido realizado con tiempo. Y el supervisor no se sabe ni quien es . Espero tomen cartas en el asunto 20/100
Was greeted by someone telling me to use the kiosk before asking if we had already ordered. Restaurant had a bad smell and no beverage refills. Not the best experience.
The cashier and manager are both rude, and they complain, and catch attitudes while us hard working customers try to get food when we’re hungry, just because they feel like not being at work today or something, they don’t need to be in a position like this if they goin be mad about working in general over somebody telling them their order, in order to make a purchase, overall customer service and food their is always cold.
