Tried to get the Arch Meal that was advertised all over the menu and building but it was "not available anymore" so I got a Big Mac. They need to change the name to Tiny Mac because it was. I ordered food on the app and when I got there to pick up my order they told me their hoods weren't working so they couldn't give me my food. So I asked for a refund and they told me I had to get my refund through the app. So I tried to get a refund through the app and they told me I have to go to the location to get my refund.
