The lobby has no music playing. So while my family was dining we had the pleasure of hearing these young men working the line and drive through talking about hook-ups, saying the F word loud enough for us all to look up from our food and at each other. I have over a decade in food service and I am ashamed for whoever is in charge of this staff. I would seriously consider starting from scratch at this point, minus a few innocent employees. Everytime I go theough the drive thru and order the fries are cold. I hate cold fries.
Manager was very rude in the window. The person taking my drive thru order couldn’t seem to get his head on straight and managed to mess up the entire order when the manger comes to the window she expects me to take the food that I specified I wanted certain things added even tho they were not added and when I said no she threw a fit and started yelling. Night crew is horrible yall need to figure it out
