11/16/22 manager on duty- african american female- was rude and short with every customer and employee the entire 20mins i was inside. And critized people loudly so everyone could hear. If you're having a bad day leave it home- put a smile on and fake it at work. I came for good eats not rude behavior
The last 2 days I've gone through the drive-thru at 7:10am. The first day (Tuesday) there were only 3 cars ahead of me in line. However, they made a bunch of us wait for our breakfast sandwiches; I waited 15 minutes and was 2 minutes late for work. No biggie- they probably had a staff shortage in the kitchen. This morning there were no cars in line at the drive-thru. AFter placing and paying for my order, I got my OJ and sandwich, but was told I had to wait "a few minutes" for my medium strawberry-banana smoothie.. What?? Fi... read more
