Horrible experience!! Did a curbside for two meals and two ice cream cones.. waited 15 minutes and when they came out the cones were literally melted like dripping from the employees hands… me personally I would have brought the food out first then went back for the cones. The ice cream got all over my car and me! Like literally all over me and my friend… seems like they made it and let it sit there and melt! Always room for improvement
You can order ahead on the app and they are still going to have you pull into a drive through spot for the simplest order even when they aren't busy and even then they dont bring it all out at the same time. Your food is always cold by the time you get it all. When you come inside to wait for the last item, you get a lot of attitude from the manager. I dont know if you are aware, but apparently it takes 10 minutes to make a frappe.....
Stopped at this McDonald’s while pass through. Today is Memorial Day and the service was great. I didn’t get the name of the lady that cleaning but man she went over and beyond to keep this location clean. Walked in and she smiled and continued to sweep. Was eating lunch and she was picking up trash from the curb outside then continued to clean. It’s very rare to see people do such a great job with a smile. Clean and great service!
