Some punk kid working the drive doesn’t know how to customer service in the slightest. Not only that but when we tell the manager he was disrespectful over the speaker he comes and flips us off. Found hair in food after can’t really be a mystery who’s hair. Why this kid feels so safe to do this at his place of employment I am unsure. The manager on duty seemed concerned with our complaints but wasn’t high up enough to do much as far as punishment.
