First I ordered a meal two doubles cook to order plain and told them i was allaergic to onion . I got pulled and sat for 20 minutes then I drive back around to be told I was forgotten about and they would take care of it. After that was all said in done they gave me 2 stone cold burgers with extra onions knowing I was allergic to this item. Older manager basically threw up her hands and said “not my problem” and walked away, younger staff not trained and do not know basic information
