Unfortunately, this wasn't a good experience. The food was only lukewarm at best, and my order wasn't prepared the way I requested. The changes I asked for weren't made, and I was also charged for upgraded drinks even though I never requested an upgrade and no one asked if I wanted one. The service was very slow, and I was asked to pull forward from the drive-thru window, which felt more like it was being done to improve the drive-thru timer than to serve the customer. I made an online order through the app and received 1 out of 3 things I ordered!!! I ordered a 10 piece nugget meal with fries and a drink, a single cheese burger, and an apple pie. I got my 10 piece meal and an additional 4 piece nugget box!? WHAT!? Wheres my burger!? Wheres my apple pie!? Im on my lunch break I cant take it back!! I spent money on food I didnt even get! Ill skip lunch before I EVER come here again!
