They prefer you use the kiosk to order. The employees mostly stay behind the walls they have built across the front. You have to ask someone for napkins because they are "not allowed to put them out"...that is if you can find someone to ask. A lot of dirty tables. If you need something you have to stand at the counter and hope someone comes up front or yell back to them. It used to be one of the nicer McDonald's, but not anymore.
Customer service is horrible!!!!! I don’t like giving 1 stars but something needs done.
