Every time I think I can get a satisfactory meal from this specific McDonalds, I NEVER get what I pay for. They constantly give me smaller sized drinks then what I pay for, or just a completely different drink in general. You’d think they could at least get the food right but they’re always getting that wrong too. It’s to the point I avoid the Camby McDonald’s as a whole because no matter how much time goes by they still find a way to mess up at least 2 parts of your order every time you go.

I don't know why I keep coming back here. There'd be more dignity in crossing the street and eating scraps out of Sal's dumpster. These kids throw a stale burger at me and clear the order on their end. 20 minutes later I get the frappe I ordered and it's whipped cream on straight up ice cubes. Wrong size. Wasting my money. And this isn't the first time. I try to order a normal iced coffee and they just clear the order out and never make it. I have to call into the kitchen for it 10 minutes later. everytime i come here my food is made wrong and the managers give me attitude. i have to show my receipt 3 times and tell them whats missing or messed up several times to get anyone to fix the problem. the lobby is usually well maintained but the customer service from the management is awful. 2/10
