Everything about the visit was out of sorts. Both ordering kiosks were broken. The poor girl running the register was overwhelmed. I was overcharged for my meal. A simple order of a #7 took over 20 minutes, and it was only delivered after I asked for a refund (I was late getting back). I then received 2/3 of the order. Hopefully this was just a transient staffing problem, but the kitchen was full of workers.
