Store hours say they close at 11, but they stop taking drive through orders at 10:20, I waited for 8 minutes but noone came on the mic and said anything, pulled around and I can see the employees sitting around in the lobby and the manager appeared to be playing on her phone, I wonder if this is part of mcdonald's policy
Do not come to this mcdonalds. Staff is rude and unprofessional. They ignore customers for over 15 minutes AT THE SPEAKER and then lose their orders at the window. Then have them pull up for another 30 minutes before their food is finally given.
Breakfast always fresh and hot .
