Service is horrible! We don’t come often for this reason! We waited in line 23 minutes before pulling up enough to pay. Worker was rude. My husband told her thanks and she just closed the window without saying anything. Waited another 12 mins to get our food at the next window.
10 piece nugget combo with sweet tea... Received cold nuggets, Luke warm fries, and an Arnold Palmer (tea & lemonade mixed). I saw the sweet tea was lighter than normal, therefore, I asked the employee was it sweet tea. He emphatically said yes and closed the window. This could have turned out badly. I suggest you revisit customer service values.. The next customer may come through the window on one of your employees...
