Ordered a large fry which after driving away found out it was only half full. I kept looking for spilled ones in the bottom of the bag. I guess they don't spill when they only fill it halfway.
Well, I sat in Drive-throughine for about 24 minutes. Finally got to order my food. Got my food and it was put together terribly. By far the worst McDonald’s out of all of them out this way, Cicero is next. They’re terrible too.
It took forever to get my food
I go to this McDonald's a lot because I've been working nearby. Over the past year the service has gotten slower and slower. I spoke with the employees, and it's not their fault. They are friendly and helpful and are doing their job. The issue is not enough help. Today I learned that they have enough help, but the owner doesn't want to schedule people, I suppose because they are thinking they are saving money?
