Waited for over 25 minutes for some mid ice cream. When the ice cream came, it was barely even any ice cream in it not to mention it was also very melted. No hot fudge. I don’t understand how they can keep being in business with this type of service. horrible place don’t spend your money here.
I recently had the honor to visit my local McDonalds to order food for me and my friends. While ordering, though, workers were eating food while standing around their stations and management seemed all over the place. The lack of professionalism exuded from this place left me with a horrible taste in my mouth. This location needs to terminate all current employees and hire a dedicated and motivated team. The ridiculous wait times, even when there’s no long line, are unacceptable. None of the crew members are pleasant to interact with; they seem to be annoyed by our presence. If they intend to continue employing teenagers, please ensure that there’s an adult supervisor or manager on duty during their shifts.
