Someone needs to be fired here—or at least learn how to count! I usually don’t write reviews for fast food places (life’s too short, and fries get cold), but this location needs an intervention. We’ve been loyal customers here for years. Service was always great, and the drive-thru orders were so accurate they’d even nail the exact number of ketchup packets we requested on the app. It was like fast food magic. For some reason navigating the kiosk was a time consuming task, and thankfully counter service is still a thing or I would have turned and left and given my business another local business. I tried the new spicy versions of the the breakfast McMuffin-offerings and it turns out they are not for me. A dollop of a spicy cream sauce does not a spicy breakfast sandwich make...

Just do better....this is what was handed to me at the drive-thru. I looked hard and the server was just good with it. Just try to train your people to provide people with what they pay for.
