I placed an order around 3:30 AM for burgers. They don’t switch to the breakfast menu until 4:00 AM, which is clearly evident in their own app—the app explicitly states that dinner items are available until 3:59 AM. Despite this, the staff admitted they chose not to make the order because they wanted to switch to breakfast early. That is lazy and incompetent.
