I wish I can give them 0 star . I came to drive thru yesterday because my kids and my nieces want to have McDonald’s . We ordered 5 small junior combo went home and one sandwich was missing. I called and they offer to come back but weather was bad I told them I am not coming back today and now I hve to make supper for my kid. I was so mad and told her we need all 5 meal . Worst service for delivery drivers
I came through the drive thru around 3:10 a.m. and the driver in front of me was yelling and swearing at the worker because his food took about two minutes. I come here all the time and the staff are always kind and respectful. She stayed calm and professional even while being treated poorly. The service is always great and people really need to be more patient and treat staff with basic kindness. To the man who yelled at the worker, please go learn some manners.
