If there was an option below 1 stars for the service I would put it. The workers were extremely rude it’s not my fault yall are 30 years old working at McDonald’s there’s no need to be rude. We asked if she could do split payments and she didn’t say anything ran one card and said she couldn’t do it then slammed the window shut it was extremely disrespectful and in my opinion she was just being lazy.
I placed a mobile order for pick-up and ended up getting handed a bag of food almost half an hour after I got to the restaurant. I ended up going into the restaurant to inquire about it and was told by the manager on shift to order on their kiosk. She didn't even ask what I needed. By the time I got the food, it wasn't even warm. I asked that it be remade and had to wait another while and by the time I got home it wasn't very fresh again. I would love to have somebody contact me about the employee Cody’s behavior tonight. Extremely hostile and I didn’t appreciate the way He was speaking to his coworkers at all.
