I am outraged they said they didn't have coffee and appeared out of nowhere same as barbecue sauce they made me wait 1 hour and a half for no unions on my burger, do not recommend going to this establishment.
This McDonald's is one the best ones in Billings, in my opinion. I have worked for McDonald's a few times in my life, and I know how things should run. This restaurant's staff know what they're doing. Are they perfect? No. But they are really good almost every time I've been there.
Do not go to McDonald's on Central store number 2515 I was served raw chicken nuggets and raw french fries I spoke to a leader named Susie she was rude and dismissive than I asked to speak to a higher up manager they gave us to assistant manager Rachel which was met with even more rudeness and dismissiveness super raw chicken nuggets and french fries her only response was we can send you a couple of coupons in the mail I asked to speak to the general manager she would not release the name of the general manager I asked if sh... read more
