I showed up to pick up a doordash order at 12:10pm in thebafternoon. The lobby was locked, and they wouldn't let me in. The drive thru was wrapped around the building. I was forced to unassign from the orderband lost my platinum status. As I was pulling out another walks up to the door stands there 2 seconds and they let him in. That is complete bullshit. I lost my platinum status on doordash and lost money on a delivery, because they wouldn't let me in the lobby to get the order.
Without a doubt the best McDonalds in Fayetteville! I stand by it after a year of popping in here for breakfast and lunch. The staff is always courteous and MY MEAL HAS NEVER BEEN WRONG!! That alone makes these ladies working this place saints!
Ordered food after coming into after work, needed something to eat. Gave me the wrong drink, when I got home food was cold, fries was the only food warm not hot.
