I went to pick up my food last night, waited for a long time. At first I went to lane 2 and nobody answered at all, so I went around the building and gone on lane 1. The guy answered and was very nice. But the 2nd drive through window were very rude. My fries were cold Litterally tested like someone put ice cubes on my fries. And I asked them if they had cold foam for the Sprite berry blast, and the guy from second window said “it says no cold foam” said it with rude attitude. We went in asking about booking a birthday party and although no one there was sure how to do it Alyssa stepped up and made a call and made it happen. Took less than 5 minutes and my daughter was so excited. Love how friendly and happy everyone was there. Not a fan of McDonald’s but this store has some pretty good employees.

Yet again the food is still always burnt. Like how do you mess that up? It’s pre cooked you just have to warm it up.. it’s not rocket science yet they still seem to give out burnt food.. there really is no hope for any of the McDonald’s in cleburne
