Services was horrible
On Thursday 3/19/2025 I ordered ONE single food item and they STILL got it wrong! I was craving a caramel iced coffee and settled for McDonald's since I wasn't near a Jack In The Box and 7-11 and Am/Pm don't carry it. When I added it to my order at the self service kiosk I noticed that they were doing a special at the time where you could get any size coffee for only $2. Excluding the lattés and frappés of course. Really rude I went to get my food Thur the drive Thur and I asked for ketchup and the lady Thur them in my bag and I asked her and she ignored me she rude I should have gotten her name.
