On Thursday 3/19/2026 I ordered ONE single food item and they STILL got it wrong! I was craving a caramel iced coffee and settled for McDonald's since I wasn't near a Jack In The Box and 7-11 and Am/Pm don't carry it. When I added it to my order at the self service kiosk I noticed that they were doing a special at the time where you could get any size coffee for only $2. Excluding the lattés and frappés of course. So today 9/7/2026 I ordered 2 sausage burrito and noticed they went up from 2.00 to 2.98 in the last week or so, if your going to raise the price atleast make sure they're HOT and not cool and I dont need 10 salsa packets for 2 burritos. Extreme waste
Good costumer service, employee name Elliot is the best. Ever since been going to Mcdonald it's our first time that we encounter a good Costumer Service. He deserve to be a Manager. This is the 2nd time that i encounter his good service and good attitude. Keep up the good work Elliot 👍
