Got a burger with a BITE already taken of it at this location and was given a gift card. Disgusting. The manager was decent about it. Went there again on January 10th or 11th... why I ever went back after having that experience... idk... convenience? But anyways, I had an issue with my order at the window, and a staff member raises her voice at me to go to the back of the line instead of taking my order at the window like any normal business would when something went wrong... I did a pickup order and didn’t receive an item. I went through the drive through and was told to go to the second window. Never have I felt more disrespected by the second window person before. I had the online receipt and everything she was extremely rude and aggressive. The only reason I am giving it 2 stars instead of one is the manager was quick to make sure I received my missing item. He did a great job of handling the situation.
