Ordered Breakfast. They messed it up. Then they delivered the wrong breakfast sandwhich. There was no way we were gonna wait another 5 min to remake. Multiple people here waiting for their meals to be REMADE. The workers are like little bees back there but they are getting it all wrong. One guy said in the past 6 times he’s been here they messed up his order 5 times.
I go to this McDonald every now and than because my sons school is near by and this has been the second time that I have felt super sick from this place with really bad stomach pains I got a cheeseburger and a mcchicken so I’m not sure which it was but i probably won’t be back to this location or any McDonald’s anymore
I visited the McDonald’s at Park and Preston in Plano today for the release of the World Cup cups that were being advertised on the drive-thru screen. When I asked about them, the employee told me they didn’t know if they were being released that day and said “maybe.” For a major promotion, employees should be informed and able to answer basic customer questions.
