ordered a single junior chicken and received it almost 20 minutes later. Had to go up and ask where my order was before i received it. This has occurred multiple times.
Today I purchased 5 vanilla ice corns from, straight away I noticed that the colour is different. When I inquired the sales person said that the machine is slow and nothing wrong with the ice cream. After started eating we realised that the taste was horrible and it’s not the usual taste that we experience in McDonalds Ice cream. Throughly disappointed ☹️
Conveniently located in Bramalea City Centre, this McDonald's is decent for burgers and fast food. However, long lines, understaffing, and disorganized service make the experience frustrating. Staff often seem overwhelmed and customer care is lacking.
