Long lines...very busy
Very slow and unorganized
Many times visiting this McD on a trip to Monroe. Each time the service is poor customer service, and things listed on menu are out...for instance at 8:30 am on a Monday...no Orange Juice or Frappe. Other visits to that location and some other stores in that area, long wait lines, service is poor, inventory is out, i.e. Church's ... no biscuits or rolls. I wish these hwy 165 establishments would upgrade their service.
