Walked in to use the bathroom before I went through the drive through. Some older male employee started yelling at me jokingly? As I walked out he continued and followed me out the door yelling and using profanity because I asked him not to yell at me. Did all of this in front of my 5 year old and 7 year old. Didn’t feel safe to go through the drive through so we left.
I would give this place a zero in all categories if I could. Horrible doesn’t begin to describe it. We have been here three different times while passing through Monroe but will never stop here again. The customer service is beyond non-existent. We waited in the drive thru for 30 minutes and would have left but we had already paid. We sat at the pick up window while employees were playing around, making jokes about cars having to wait for so long and throwing whatever they wanted in a bag. Only go to the drive thru, there's always a line it takes 15+mins to get something from that location, and they messed up the mobile orders they give you what they want sometimes
This McDonald’s is NOT 24/7. What’s the point of advertising yourself as 24/7 if the workers say their not taking orders Everytime you go?
