Ordered bagels today around 4 am (July 20)& took 1 hour to make it (5am). When Uber driver asked why you guys taking too much time he said they started misbehaving. It’s not about late food order but their behaviour.
Came to this McDonald’s at 11:55 PM, well before their closing time of 12:00 AM, but the staff shut the door right in our face at 11:56 and refused to let us in, saying they were closed. We tried explaining it was still before closing, but they argued and ignored us. Very unprofessional to close before posted hours, especially when customers are clearly at the door on time. Disappointing experience.
I didn't get the ketchup packets with my order and i asked politely can i get ketchup packets pls, she just threw the packets on the tray. Is this behaviour acceptable with the costumers? Didn't like that all.
