Waited at the drive thru for five minutes, no one answered. Line began getting backed up so I drove through to the window to see if anyone was there. The attendant that answered was extremely rude and said we now had to drive BACK around because we “cut the line.” He said “it wasn’t a smart idea to leave the speaker and we would have gotten to you” but didn’t give us a hello or one minute or anything. the ONLY thing that made this experience better was the manager personally fixing our order and apologizing for the behavior.
They just gave a sandwich with 1 bun? How is that even possible? Also both lines were full but they were only taking orders from 1. 2nd worst McDonald's ever. 1st worse is still in Bradenton tho
good quick service but was not very clean inside, it could have been they were busy and just haddent gotten around to picking up after people and wiping down tables etc ( just alot of trash laying around and all but one table had smears and gunk on it )
There was an issue with the app and their registar was down and the manager worked quickly to resolve the issue
