Food was not fresh and the cashier didn't let me redeem something from the McDonald's app. (2021) Ordered something on the app and the lady would not give me my food now. I have to wait 5 to 7 days for a refund. Note to self stop going here.
Sat in drive thru 5 cars in front of us no one moved. Backed out of drive Thru went inside. 2 people trying to run a restaurant no one took our order so we left and will never come back to this location
New review. They stole my money. I ordered from the app in their parking lot. They said my order went to a location 30 minutes away even though I specifically selected this location and showed it to them along with my digital receipt. They saw I paid, they saw the location I selected, but refused to assist me. The manager said "It's not my problem" and walked away. I stood there for a total of 20 minutes and got nothing.
