I placed an order at 7:44 PM and paid for it at Kennebunk. It was a drive-thru reservation. I waited about 15 minutes, and after that, a man came out and said, "We're closed." although it says it closes at 11:00PM. I responded in surprise, "But I paid for the order here." To which he replied, "The only thing I can recommend is to go to Biddeford and order there." Which is what I did. I placed the order there, showing my full receipt with all the details. Fantastic-super nice
They really wouldn’t sell me a happy meal for my kid in the drive through because it was 10:29am and people behind us “might still want breakfast”.
I went to pick up a happy meal with my daughter today. A young man answered who could not understand what exactly I needed, but he asked to explain, which we did. His manager chimed in in extremely rude and condescending fashion, and she told me I need to know what I am ordering, even though I had clearly stated it and the young man understood. I will never step foot in that McDonald’s again. Customer Service is absolutely ridiculous.
