This has got to be the worst McDonalds in Mobile
she cussed at me I'm 14
I'm not one to usually complain about my time waiting because I know the stress on the workers, but when you're running around on your phone the whole time and then your friend comes in with her 3 kids and they get their whole entire tray full of food brought to them in less than 2 minutes when I've been their for 25 minutes... yea that's ridiculous and unprofessional!
I’ve never received this type of service from staff, regardless at where I’ve eaten. The lady that took our order, (I think I heard someone call her Tee?) and the manager who went out of his way to show kindness to everyone that walked in, blew our minds. I live in Lucedale, and our McDonald’s staff is just so embarrassing to say the least!!! I would LOVE to trade all of our McDonald’s employees, for the two at the location we visited today. When I got to the 2nd window, the worker asked me if I had the 6 count large meal. I said no and that I had a 10 count, she said okay and made the meal. When I received my food and asked for extra sauce the manager came and told me I'd have to pay. I didn't mind that but when I looked in the bag I didn't have any sauce in the first place. Why are you making me pay extra when I didn't have any of the sauce I ordered anyway? Afterwards I looked into the bag to see they'd given me a 6 count nugget.
